We will not submit your materials to any opportunity without your knowledge.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Kinship Talent Agency, our clients, or others.

We retain personal information and submitted materials for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate representation opportunities and maintain our business records, or as required by applicable law. If you are not offered representation, we may retain your submission for up to two (2) years in case future opportunities arise, unless you request deletion sooner.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Submitted files are stored on secured servers with access limited to authorized personnel.
