4. Data Retention

We retain personal information and submitted materials for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate representation opportunities and maintain our business records, or as required by applicable law. If you are not offered representation, we may retain your submission for up to two (2) years in case future opportunities arise, unless you request deletion sooner.

5. Data Security
